Entire Villa

Booking the entire villa gives you exclusive access to our Main House with 3 bedrooms and all three Garden Bungalows, for a total of 6 bedrooms. You'll have private use of all common areas including the swimming pool, gardens, and outdoor spaces. No other guests will be on the property during your stay, ensuring complete privacy for your group.

The entire villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 adults in the 6 bedrooms (3 in the Main House and 3 in the Garden Bungalows). We can also welcome up to 6 additional children with extra bedding arrangements for an additional charge. For safety and comfort reasons, we cannot exceed these maximum occupancy limits. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

No, meals are not included with the villa booking. All accommodations are self-catering with a full kitchen in the Main House and kitchenettes in each bungalow. Guests are responsible for their own meals during their stay. We can arrange for a private chef service at an additional cost to prepare local and international cuisine during your stay. We can also recommend local catering services upon request.

Small gatherings of resident guests are welcome. If you wish to host a larger event or celebration with outside guests (such as weddings, family reunions, or corporate retreats), please discuss this with us in advance. Additional fees and conditions may apply based on the event size and requirements. We can help coordinate services including catering, decoration, and entertainment to ensure your event is a success.

We welcome pets when booking the entire villa. You will need to complete our pet agreement form prior to arrival, and certain conditions may apply. Please inform us about your pets at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements. We ask that pets are well-behaved, supervised at all times, and kept off furniture and beds. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

For entire villa bookings, we can arrange various additional services including private chef, daily housekeeping, childcare/nanny services, airport transfers, guided tours, ocean excursions, spa treatments, grocery shopping, and laundry service. These services come at an additional cost and should be requested in advance so we can make proper arrangements to enhance your stay experience.
